For more than 30 years, Frank Vinciguerra has served as Executive Producer of STATE OF THE ART PRODUCTIONS, LLC, leading a talented team of cameramen, editors, scriptwriters, narrators, and hosts. Together, they produced an impressive portfolio of regional television programs, including The Real Estate Show, Real Estate Open House, and Home Showcase. Additional productions include Building Massachusetts, Building New Hampshire, Best Massachusetts Companies, and most recently, Retire to Florida.

STATE OF THE ART PRODUCTIONS, LLC is also a media buyer and has been purchasing television airtime for clients in various markets throughout New England, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas-Fort-Worth, Atlanta, Washington, DC, San Diago, and Tampa.

In addition to his broadcasting career, Frank is a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is the only real estate professional who markets homes for sale through both the NH and MA MLS systems and on broadcast television—maximizing exposure to reach the largest pool of potential buyers. Frank specializes in helping retirees achieve the highest possible return on the sale of their houses and guiding them through relocation to Florida’s 55+ Adult Communities and Independent Living Communities.
